About Adam

I entered into the world of running ten years ago after a life-changing conversation with a very dear friend. Running has become an outlet for me. A place to find joy, healing, freedom, and peace. A place where I can be thankful for the many gifts I have been given and learn to be comfortable in who I am. It is my hope that the experiences I have had can, in some way, be of encouragement and inspiration for the next generation of runners. My blog hosts race and gear reviews, as well as runnings tips I have collected over my years of running!

On and off the trail, my goal is to live a mindful life; providing care and love for the fullness of creation. Running acts as mortar for the bricks of my life – connecting my passion for spirituality, food, and relationships with people. I have run nine marathons with a personal record of 3:49:57 at the Colfax Marathon in Denver, Colorado. During a race and on the trail I kindly greet friend and stranger alike giving thanks for their presence and their journey. I believe each person has a unique and amazing story to tell, which I gladly listen to. Feel free to share by messaging me below!
